Our Mission
Kyoto is a city where tradition and everyday life coexist in perfect harmony.
Through preserving its architecture, we aim not merely to protect buildings, but to pass on the unique lifestyle and cultural heritage that define this city to future generations.
Once numbering around 50,000, Kyoto’s machiya have steadily declined to fewer than 35,000 today.
At the same time, the increase in vacant homes “Akiya” caused by population decline and lifestyle changes has become a serious concern.
As a bridge connecting Kyoto with people who cherish it from both Japan and abroad,
we strive to promote the thoughtful restoration and adaptive reuse of machiya and pre-owned buildings—
passing down their timeless beauty and cultural value to future generations,
and preserving the unique charm of Kyoto in a sustainable and enduring way.

I provide specialized real estate support in Kyoto, delivering the most suitable properties and services to clients both in Japan and abroad.
At Fine Tune Realty, guided by the spirit of our name—“Fine Tune”—I am dedicated to providing meticulous, personalized support, carefully tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
During my 11 years at Hachise Co., Ltd., I supported a diverse range of domestic and international clients in buying/selling and revitalizing historic properties, including traditional machiya townhouses and pre-owned buildings.
Through these experiences, I learned not only the importance of property value and the purchasing process, but also the significance of building trust and long-lasting relationships with clients. I remain deeply grateful for the many warm connections that continue to this day.
