Fine Tune Realty was established to offer international clients with a more precise, transparent, and carefully structured approach to acquiring property in Kyoto.
With over 12 years of licensed experience in Kyoto’s real estate market, including 11 years at Hachise Co., Ltd., I worked extensively with both domestic and overseas clients purchasing traditional machiya townhouses, historic properties, and pre-owned homes. During my time there, I launched the global client division and served as team leader, developing structured systems to support cross-border transactions. This experience ultimately led to the founding of Fine Tune Realty as an independent practice.
These years shaped a deep understanding of Kyoto’s unique property landscape — where cultural preservation, regulatory structure, and long-term asset value intersect.
Working with international buyers requires more than market knowledge. It demands cross-cultural communication and the ability to anticipate administrative and structural complexities before they arise. My practice is built on this proactive approach.
